This program is for youth 15-18 years old looking to get qualified in the fitness industry. It will be a pathway to support them get their certification and employment, 10% of proceeds from this challenge will go towards the mentorship program to pay for their courses. I also run boot camps and 100% of proceeds from this go to these programs.

Hi, I’m Kristy May!
I started working in my first gym at 15 years old and have worked in the fitness industry ever since.
I have always been into health and fitness and sports. I played state football and was a long distance runner, before my passion then moved to boxing and resistance training.
I love the way working out makes me feel and boosts my mental health - training has always provided me with stability in my life, even when things around me have felt like they were falling apart. Exercise always drives me to be better, to push myself, and keeps me grounded.
The mission behind my programs is to help people level up in life, both mentally and physically. It’s not just about aesthetics.
I am dedicated and committed to my clients, providing them with the whole package - from training and nutrition to motivation, knowledge and support. This is because I genuinely care about people and want to make a difference.
